Remove decorations before cutting and hold a cutting board against your cake in order to support it whilst you cut
Use a sharp knife and slice down the side of the cake to cut a section off. Let the cake fall onto the board and cut vertically into even pieces
For smaller portions, cut the cake slices horizontally to the desired serving size
Wrap the remaining cake in order to keep it fresh.

To secure your order we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee, and the rest of the payment 1 week before collection.
